I had the flu a few weeks. Not as bad as you very well. I was in my bed for 3 days and had a caugh bad for a few weeks. I take a liquid supplement, was beating so fast. I went through that this year, and what you can do, rest, eat lightly, and add yogurt to your diet. Just follow its course.
