Baked potatoes are not bad for you. I suppose that means to cut and your own potatoes to cook. Smooth taste in a little oil and pull. Olive oil is a source of fat, but is a source of healthy fats. There are things that the good fats, and we all need. If you have a beautiful skin and healthy hair, then you need a certain amount of fat, but fat. Fried foods actually shorten your life, you do look older, and mostly with trans fatty acids is basically poison loaded. So if you want fried, it is better for cooking.

Good question and answers are in the investigation of this kind are very striking.

I did some research and potatoes cooked recipes range from 162 to 350 calories per serving. Depending on how you and do the type of oil, less than one gram of fat grams per serving to about 5 years.

Eating French Fries to start quickly to around 200 calories (small potatoes Sonic) and up to 600 + calories in Burger King. Potatoes are not much better - about 450 calories. The big difference is the amount of sodium and cholesterol. The fried fast food are much higher in the two areas it was potatoes, baked or fried at home. Sun baked potatoes can not save a lot more calories for the recipe I give, but certainly save a lot about trans fats and sodium.

From what I am, as it seems baked sweet potato fries to read are the big winners - about 120 calories per serving, salt, cholesterol and much less when it's over. This could be an even healthier alternative to fries.

Not at all. Four is always better. Simply use a good olive oil (which is good for you), and everything is good!

Of course not. Cook the fries are not bad for you. whereas, when combined with salt, stir once, limiting the amount of tomato sauce you eat with them and cook the potatoes in canola / olive / peanut / sunflower oil.

No baked potatoes are not so bad has been done in the oven is almost always healthier and do not even need to use this oil in his case with most of the frozen fries. Get some teflon cooking spray, canola and only slightly above the pan spray.
