I do not understand how to record a new message on my phone when people call me and do not respond. I can not in the manual and do not want to not see the possession of the "call screen" and the memo to "Voice" function. Help!

We must first know what kind of phone you have. If you are using AT & T and your phone only a Samsung .. probably in the "organizer". Good luck.
